TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket, attending, participating in, or entering any Wellness Cartel Puppy Yoga, Puppy Café, Long Cuddles Club or related event, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

All bookings are final once payment has been made. Your ticket secures your place in the class or event and cannot be guaranteed for any other date unless approved by Wellness Cartel.

NO REFUNDS POLICY

All ticket purchases are strictly non refundable.

This includes but is not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Failure to attend
• Late arrival
• Traffic delays
• Personal circumstances
• Illness
• Change in travel plans
• Scheduling conflicts
• Failure to read event details
• Dislike of puppies attending
• Preference changes regarding breed, puppy size, colour, age or temperament

If you do not attend your booked session or arrive late, this is considered a no show and Wellness Cartel is under no obligation to provide refunds, transfers, credits, rescheduling or compensation.

VENUE CHANGES

Venues may occasionally change due to availability, weather, safety requirements, animal welfare considerations, council requirements, health requirements, or operational needs.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept that venue changes within Melbourne or surrounding areas may occur without entitlement to a refund.

TRANSFERRING TICKETS

If you cannot attend and wish to transfer your ticket to another person, you must contact Wellness Cartel prior to the event for approval and updated attendee details.

Unauthorised ticket transfers may result in refusal of entry.

Reschedule Policy

All reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours before the start of your booked class. Requests received less than 48 hours before the class are not eligible for a reschedule or class credit, regardless of the reason. Your booking will be forfeited in accordance with our booking policy.

HEALTH AND MEDICAL DISCLOSURE

By attending, you confirm that you are physically capable of participating in the activity you have booked.

You must advise Wellness Cartel prior to attending if you:
• Have any illness, injury, disability or medical condition
• Have mobility limitations
• Are pregnant
• Are unable to participate in yoga activities
• Require assistance getting on or off the floor, mats, couches or seating areas
• Have allergies, phobias or sensitivities to dogs or animals

Participation is entirely at your own risk.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Animals are unpredictable by nature. By attending any Wellness Cartel event, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with interacting with animals, including but not limited to:
• Scratches
• Falls
• Trips
• Allergic reactions
• Puppy bites or nips
• Clothing damage
• Emotional distress
• Illness
• Injury
• Disability

You voluntarily accept all risks associated with attendance and participation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wellness Cartel, its staff, contractors, volunteers, puppy providers, venue partners and associated businesses will not be liable for any injury, illness, disability, loss, damage, claim or expense arising from your attendance or participation.

LIABILITY WAIVER

By attending, you agree not to hold Wellness Cartel, its employees, instructors, puppy handlers, breeders, volunteers, venues or affiliates liable for:
• Personal injury
• Illness
• Disability
• Emotional distress
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Allergic reactions
• Animal related incidents
• Medical expenses
• Indirect or consequential loss

Attendance is entirely at your own risk.

PUPPY WELFARE AND BEHAVIOUR

All attendees must behave calmly, respectfully and gently around the puppies.

You agree:
• Not to mistreat, frighten or mishandle puppies
• To follow all staff instructions immediately
• To avoid rough handling or loud behaviour
• To supervise all children at all times
• To share puppies fairly with other attendees

Wellness Cartel reserves the right to remove any attendee without refund if behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate.

CHILDREN AND SUPERVISION

Children attending must remain under adult supervision at all times.

For the safety and welfare of the puppies, children may be asked to share one puppy between multiple participants.

Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for supervising children attending any event.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA CONSENT

By attending Wellness Cartel events, you consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded.

You grant Wellness Cartel permission to use photographs, videos or recordings containing your image, likeness or voice for:
• Social media
• Marketing
• Advertising
• Promotional campaigns
• Website content
• Press or media coverage

No compensation will be payable for such use.

STUDIO OR EVENT CANCELLATIONS

In the rare event Wellness Cartel cancels a class or event due to low attendance, puppy welfare concerns, venue issues, staff illness, emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, attendees may be offered:
• A rescheduled session, or
• A studio credit

No refunds will be offered.

HYGIENE AND SAFETY

All attendees must follow hygiene and safety instructions provided by staff.

Attendees may be refused entry if they appear unwell, intoxicated, aggressive or unable to safely participate.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By purchasing a ticket, attending, entering or participating in any Wellness Cartel event, you confirm that you:
• Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions
• Voluntarily accept all risks associated with attendance
• Agree to comply with all staff directions
• Release Wellness Cartel from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law

These Terms and Conditions may be updated or amended at any time without notice
